He provided us with options and gave us a quote that was far less than the other 2 quotes I received for the same scope of work. The project went smooth and we were back up and running the same day. I had a problem with the ice /drinking water system with my side by side. I called their answering service on Saturday and I was called back almost immediately. They had an opening for a service call on Monday in the AM. They were prompt arriving at the appointed hour. Found the problem and had the machine working normally within an hour. The service people were very professional, but also very friendly. I highly recommend their service.

The team was very professional and knowledgable. They went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. They even fixed a fan that a previous owner or repair person reinstalled incorrectly and gave me a military discount. Overall great experience.

Called because AAXON is the closest authorized LG repair service. Chris (the owner) was prompt in responding. He ordered a part. Came back three days later after the part arrived, installed the part, and completed the repair. Refrigerator is fixed. Chris was easy to deal with. I would call him again if needed.

My washing machine broke on a Sunday. I Left a voicemail expecting a call back the following day and received a call Sunday evening. They were able to take a look at it Tuesday. The only delay in getting the job completed is that the replacement parts were on back order. Aaxon did an exceptional job in locating the parts and getting them shipped in a timely manner.
